- landscaping has started in front of the team cabin
- the electricity project was approved, and there are lights on the property
- the family and retreat cabins are finished, furnished, and in use (view below)
- a guard is now living on the property, and the cabin for the guard is completed
- the front gate for security is finished
- personal retreats, formations, and orientations have been taking place
- Mountain of Hope has been cleaned up and the grass cut
